Add manual lot references and quantities for each ingredient. The total appears as the amount added, and the references are included in the batch record and tickets. Manual lot entries do not affect inventory stock.

• Record actual dates and times for mixing, QC, filling, and batch completion. If you need to correct a date, provide a reason and keep a record of the change.
• When rejecting a batch, record the reason and time, review any material or packaging usage entered, and release outstanding reservations. The batch history records the rejection and its inventory outcome.
• Record actual mixing and completion times for samples, with date validation and a history of corrections.

Formula specifications can now be updated after publication without changing the formula version number. The expanded specification options offer greater flexibility for defining quality requirements and provide the foundation required for generating Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from batches.

Added a new option to import multiple ingredient lots from a CSV or Excel file, making it faster and easier to keep your raw-material inventory up to date.

Generated INCI lists can now be included in Excel formula exports, together with ingredient percentages, CAS numbers, EC numbers, allergen flags, and IFRA warnings. The export lists any of the 86 EU-regulated allergens present in the formula and highlights raw materials with missing compositions, making product documentation and compliance checks easier.

Formulators can continue shopping pre-listed pack sizes or submit sourcing requests when they need a better offer or individual pricing. This makes it easier to source ingredients in bulk and purchase everything directly through the platform.
